Dharma – a word from the ancient Sanskrit language. Dharma is used to describe the historical Buddha’s teachings on the end of suffering. Since dharma also means “truth,” within Dharma Yoga Therapy we believe that your dharma, that is your truth, lies within you – a communion of your own body and your own spiritual beliefs.
Yoga – a Sanskrit word meaning “union.” Through Dharma Yoga Therapy we uncover the physical, mental and emotional blockages that prevent a deep re-union with the true self within.
