Your Austin Yoga Therapy Session
An Austin Yoga Therapy session begins with guided relaxation and breathing that lets the noise of daily life slip away and allows you to be present to what is happening within your body.
Camilla will safely support you through yoga-based postures and stretches that she carefully selects based on what is currently happening in your body and in your life.
As you move through your session, Camilla will create a dialog that further concentrates your attention on your experience at that moment. Sensations, emotions, memories, self-talk and images can then be uncovered, heightened and explored.
You will seek out and release deep-seated feelings that can cause lingering effects on your well-being. The session will progress at your pace, allowing you plenty of time to talk and explore.
You will end your session with an integration period to help you process your experience and to explore how you can bring your insights into action in your life.
Initial Austin Yoga Therapy sessions are 2 hours and cost $95. Follow-up sessions last 1.5 hours and cost $85 each. Camilla accepts checks and cash.
You should wear light and comfortable clothing that allow you to move freely.
